Juliette Binoche Wore Dior To ‘The New Look’ New York Premiere

Apple TV+’s world premiere of ‘The New Look’ took place at the Florence Gould Hall in New York City on Monday with Juliette Binoche in attendance.

The French actress, who is portraying Coco Chanel in the series, was the epitome of sophistication wearing a classic black dress from Dior.

Juliette could have worn this dress for any red carpet, yet the dress is so on theme for the era they are portraying in the series.

Mainly on account of the elegance of the styling, but more specifically the hat despite its timeless allure.

The heyday for hat makers was the 1950s but following the casualness of the 1960s and onwards, we are only likely to see a hat like this for Royal Ascot, the Kentucky Derby, or a royal occasion.
