Emma Stone Wore The Row To The Santa Barbara International Film Festival

Emma Stone attended the American Riviera Award ceremony honouring Mark Ruffalo during the Santa Barbara International Film Festival on Sunday in California.

You might be looking at this dress from The Row and writing it off as one of the label’s typically understated strapless gowns with a simplistic silhouette, but there was more to this dress than meets the eye.

Because from the side things get more interesting with the gold sequinned panels.

Considering The Row has always been the go-to label for women who prefer minimalism over bold expressions, I’m very surprised by the sequins, but in this case, grateful, otherwise this dress would have been particularly plain without some detail.
